The Service offers customers peace of mind by providing them with a single replacement Tilly Pig of the same pattern, subject to availability, in the event that the originally purchased Tilly Pig is damaged.2.2. If the Company has none of the original pattern in stock, the customer can choose to wait for the original pattern to be back in stock, or select a similar pattern as a replacement.2.3. The Service is applicable to both the original purchaser and the person the Tilly Pig has been gifted to, provided that a proof of purchase is shown.Coverage3.1. The Service covers customers for one replacement Tilly Pig within a 12-month period from the date of dispatch of the originally purchased Tilly Pig.3.2.
